For use in conjunction with Single Side Security Cable products (those outfitted with a loop on the Equipment side) to secure devices that do not have an included security slot. The Security Cable Base Plate measures 2" by 1 7/8" and is 15/16" tall and is secured via two screws that are underneath a cover plate. When the cable is in place, the cover plate cannot be removed. Consideration should be taken when mounting the Security Cable Base Plate so as not to damage the underlying equipment with the mounting screws.
